Cette version utilise des caractères romains pour afficher son nom en façade. La sérigraphie n'a pas bien vieilli et le marquage tend à s'effacer là où reposait un doigt de son propriétaire.
Il s'est vendu des monceaux de Zenit E dans toutes les configurations. Le MIR-1 "Grand Prix Brussel 1958" de cet exemplaire n'est pas l'objectif habituellement livré avec le Zenit E.
